Ok I have read the article fully and gotta say I agree

As a person planning to go veg from next year

I find it difficult to ignore milk as milk is a staple in my life

So I have a question,How do you manage without milk?

You mean in terms of habit, or nutrition? On both fronts, there are a whole bunch of plant milks available that can easily substitute for cow’s milk. Soy milk is my personal favourite, specifically So Good’s Protein+ unflavoured (they don’t sponsor me but i would love it if they did, fantastic product). But even if you don’t like the taste, there’s almond, oat, millet, coconut, etc. I’m sure at least one of them will agree with your tastes.

Coconut milk can actually be made at home! You can grind the coconut and use a blender to prepare the milk. Again, my personal preference is soy, i enjoy the flavour and it is incredibly nutritious (also more protein for fewer calories 💪) so try it out, but if you don’t enjoy the taste, look at the other ones.
